9. Detail items of appearance inspection
1.
Width
* In ORDER sheet's standard means the real width which is possible to cut except both
-- selvedge.
* The fabrics which has no selvedge means the real width except both's pin marks.

* When uneven width is founded in a fabrics, it treats to make a standard the narrowest

-- width.
* It checks the width on the inspection machine in naturally.
* PIECE LENGTH conditions process as specified on the order sheet.
* Treatment method of width's lack is happened.(Compensation rate)
--formula : 3% + (Difference width / Ordered width * 100)

--Ex) If the contract width 60" product is produced 57" width, it's compensation rate?

-- -- - 3% + (3/60*100) = 10%
  * If narrow width is occurred over 2rolls, it compensates to make a standard minimum width.
 
2. Length

* The length means the distance from the both side tape attached part at the end part of

--  the paper pipe to the end mark.
* PIECE LENGTH's rate is possible to change as specified on the order sheet.
 
3.
Color
* It's impossible to specify the allowance limits of color, if LOT difference is happened to
-  compart with ORIGINAL color, it makes confirm the LOT SAMPLE to the vendor and
-   decide the present or not.
* Left and right LISTING checks to sew in the order of 3,1,4,2 after roll is cut.
- Color continuity evaluates to check in Macbeth¥² or CAL60 right box.
 
4.
Inspection and ROLLING  
* When it inspects it based on 1) item and inspection standard inspection item, and then it
-  records by each color and lot in inspection report.
* Inspection and ROLLING are finished products record each No. and quantity in the
-  inspection report and ROLL and then it cuts.
* It checks the CUT SAMPLE's left and right LISTING to sew in order to 3.1.4.2, and then
-  it classifies good and no good. And warehoused from dye works have different color
-  problem in the same LOT NO, it records again in the real and inspection record sheet .
* ENDING inspection checks in each F. M. E part.
* It must be rolled the surface is inside, and it it's difficult to classify the surface and
-  reverse side, it must be marked.
 
5.
Weight check

* It checks the weight every 5 point in 1 folding (CUTTING by SQ/M2), and entire weight

- check by NUT and then it records.

 
6.
BOWING CHECK
* Round and bending is permitted within following range.
  ¡æ WOVENS : dyeing in later - Maximum 3% range of fabric width.
    dyeing before, Print - Maximum 2% range of fabric width.
  ¡æ KNIT - -- : dyeing in later - Maximum 55% range of fabric width.
    dyeing before, print - Maximum 4% range of fabric width.
* If it's not correspond with the standard, special fabric must be consulted with technical
- dept. before produce.
 
7.
Packing
* After finish the inspection ROLLING, it bands 15cm apart from the both selvedge, and then

- attaches LOT NO, TAG.

* In the vinyl packing, it packs clean to use each ROLL's standard vinyl.

* Packed fabrics hand over to load each color and order.

 
8.
Others
* If it's over the standard value in the color difference, defects, OVER, , bowing, CHECK, it
- can discuss the reprocessing or return.
* Defects mark to use thread or tag pin, it must be found the defects point after ROLLING.
